Our guest speaker is Rachel Ford\, CEO of the Knoxville Symphony\, who will speak about the KSL’s contribution to the KSO. It promises to be an informative and interesting presentation. Merrymakers will gather a the 1926 home of Kim Trent\, preservationist realtor and former Executive Director of Knox Heritage. kim’s home is in historic Park City. Come for an authentic Mardi Gras celebration featuring New Orleans Jazz and delicious Gulf Coast fare. The Baumann and Baumann-designed home was built by A.H. Whisman for his family\, which included his wife Clara and daughter Virginia Whisman Niceley. Whisman’s firm went on to become Johnson & Galyon Construction so his legacy lives on today.
