Your hosts, John and Linda Haynes, recently acquired Le Mazet, a 1700’s farmhouse set in the Valee du Tarn near the village of Trebas. Enjoy a traditional French meal while you learn of their surprise purchase and the adventures they have encountered as they restored parts of the farmhouse, explored the area, and learned to appreciate the French style of living well while making friends with local residents. New friend, Jean-Luc is caretaker of many residences, part of a local band, jack of all trades, a chef, and a friend. You will be served a traditional French meal based on the recipes of Jean-Luc, our friend and French chef.
