Surf and Turf on the Patio

After nearly four decades as a nuclear engineer and computer code developer, your host retired and finally finished his long-delayed patio/outdoor kitchen/man-cave construction project (9 years + 1 retirement = 1 “6-month” construction project!) and began developing apps. No computer was involved this time around, as “app” simply stands for “Another Patio Party.”

This year’s latest “app” will feature picanha, a favorite meat at Brazilian steak houses, and salmon, a favorite of your host. Come join a relaxed evening in the fall air with candlelight under the stars. No weather worries as we have a covered porch and plenty of room inside.

After dinner, Charles will provide insights about his years at ORNL while we enjoy an outdoor fire (weather permitting) and various whiskeys.
